Management’s communications have become more detailed around FFO As Adjusted, leverage metrics and SNO, and recent moves to extend and upsize the credit facility, raise equity via forward sales, and densify core corridors are consistent with prudent, long‑term execution.

We view alignment as reasonable for a REIT structure and execution quality as above average for a specialized street retail platform.
