Three tools for company research

search_companies
Resolve a name, ticker or alias and find its available pages.
get_company_page
Retrieve financial values, dates, units, formulas, sources and missing-data issues.
get_metric_definitions
Inspect the calculation conventions before comparing companies.

The server also exposes the agent guide, a research skill, company-page resources and a research_company prompt.

Verify the connection

  1. Initialize the connection and list tools. All three tools above should appear.
  2. Call search_companies for a name, then get_company_page with its canonical symbol.
  3. Check returned dates, units, sources and null-value issues. Follow pagination for longer histories.

Stateless Streamable HTTP returns JSON responses. It has no legacy SSE endpoint, account access or trading tools. If your client cannot connect, use the JSON API or Markdown guide.
